Cheryl Aslakson received her
PhD from Wayne State University in Immunology and Microbiology,
1991. Her post-doctoral fellowships were at The Chicago Medical
School, the University of Toledo and The Jackson Laboratory.
She is currently the manager of Specialized Testing at St. John
Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan (1999-present).
Previously, she was Associate Technical Director, Cellular
Immunology, Specialty Laboratories (1998-1999). She has been a
Diplomat of the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology
since 2001. She is the chair of the ABMLI Part I Board
committee. She has been a member of AMLI since 1996. She has
served on the AMLI Standards Committee since 1998. Her major
interests include flow cytometry and molecular pathology. |
